Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OnChainRisk ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnChainRisk provides blockchain forensics and risk analysis tools, including:

• Address risk scoring and analysis
• Transaction pattern detection
• Cross-chain activity tracking
• Compliance screening (OFAC/sanctions)
• API access for programmatic analysis

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use the Service to assist in illegal activities
• Resell access without authorization

6. API Usage

If you access our API:

• You must use valid API credentials
• You must respect rate limits
• You may not share API keys with third parties
• We may suspend access for abuse or violations
• API data may not be used to build competing services

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

• The price of each product, and the payment methods available for it, are shown at checkout
• One-off Full Reports are priced per report; subscription and API-plan prices are shown on their respective pages
• We may change prices prospectively. A change does not affect a purchase you have already completed

7.2 Payment methods

• Depending on the product, payment may be accepted in USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20 or, for eligible one-off Full Reports, in Telegram Stars
• Telegram Stars payments are processed through Telegram and are subject to Telegram's own terms and policies
• Telegram Stars can be used only to buy eligible one-off Full Reports. Stars cannot be used for subscriptions, API plans, investigations, or other products
• For crypto payments you are responsible for any network fees. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain, except as described in Refunds below. Sending an incorrect crypto payment (for example, wrong network or amount) may result in loss of funds

7.3 One-off Full Reports (permanent unlock)

When you buy a one-off Full Report, you receive a one-time unlock of that specific report. "Permanent" means the unlock does not expire and does not require an active subscription. It does not mean that the website, infrastructure, your account, or the Service will remain available indefinitely. If an approved refund is issued for that purchase, the unlock created by that payment is revoked.

7.4 Refunds

• Payments are generally final, subject to applicable law
• For a one-off Full Report purchase, OnChainRisk may approve a full refund where: we fail to deliver the purchased access because of a technical failure on our side; the charge is a duplicate or the result of a payment-processing error; we approve a refund in another case at our discretion; or a refund is required by applicable law
• There is no automatic right to a refund simply for changing your mind after access has been delivered
• For Telegram Stars purchases: an approved refund is processed through Telegram, the Stars are returned to the payer through Telegram, and the access created by that exact payment is revoked

7.5 Subscriptions

• Subscriptions do not renew automatically
• To extend or renew a subscription, you must start and complete a new payment through the billing dashboard
• The billing period and price are shown at checkout; your current subscription expiry is shown in your account

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for third-party content and data, all rights in the Service are reserved.

8.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service.

8.3 Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 No Financial Advice

The Service provides informational analysis only. It is NOT financial, legal, or investment advice. Always consult qualified professionals.

10.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, blockchain data and risk assessments may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis.

10.3 Third-Party Data

We rely on third-party data sources (blockchain APIs, sanctions lists). We are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

10.4 As-Is Service

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for losses due to blockchain transactions, hacks, or security breaches beyond our control

12. User Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Disputes

• These Terms and your use of the Service are subject to applicable law
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OnChainRisk.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

16.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations, for example if the Service is later operated by someone else.
